Refund policy

Read it at home first. If a purchase isn't right for your child, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll put it right — usually with a full refund.

To request a refund, contact us via support. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method.

We don't ask for reasons, though we always appreciate hearing them — it makes the comics better.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights, including your rights relating to digital content under UK consumer law.
